What do we need to bring?
This is probably the number one question asked! Be sure to read the "amenities: area for the basic information on what is/is not provided.  
Our homes are fully equipped; kitchens stocked with the basic cooks tools, coffee pot and microwave. Bed and bath linens are provided. You basically need to bring your own food and clothing; give us a call if you want to know if a specific item is available but not listed in the amenities such a blender or crab pots, etc.   

How do we get there and where do we pick up keys to the home?  
All you need to do is head straight to the Vacation Home.  We will have a lockbox at the home awaiting your arrival for you to retrieve the keys. A week prior your check in date we will email you the driving directions and lockbox information.

Can we get a discount if we clean the vacation rental before leaving?
Our non-refundable cleaning fees are non-negotiable; which is our Company Policy.
We hire Professional Cleaning Services to clean our homes to the standards of a first class hotel and per the State Guidelines. By adhering to these guidelines we can better ensure our guests a safe and hazard free vacation environment. Our cleaners pre-clean prior your arrival to assure your stay will beat your expectations and after your departure. Although we do ask some minimal things for you to do before leaving, we don't want you to spend your last day in scrubbing home.
 
What is the "Security Deposit" and how will I know if I'm being charged? We DO NOT require extra funds for a security deposit. All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card that we keep on file. Any additional charges/fees are listed within our Rental Agreement.
